Description
PGX is a novel functional fibre made from a blend of natural, highly viscous plant fibres (konjac, sodium alginate, and xanthan gum) that work together in a number of ways. PGX Daily contains PolyGlycoplex®, also known as PGX, a patented ingredient suspended in a matrix of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). PGX helps lower the glycemic index, contributes to healthy blood sugar levels, and helps reduce total cholesterol.

Dose:
- The convenient softgels can be taken before or with each meal and 250–500 mL of water.
- Week 1: 1 to 2 softgels, 3 times daily
- Week 2: 2 to 4 softgels, 3 times daily
- Week 3 and beyond: 3 to 6 softgels, 3 times daily
