Tiziano Vecelli Framed Needlepoint Titian’s Daughter Lavinia with Fruit
Vintage completed needlepoint based on an Old Master painting of Tizian’s daughter Lavinia holding a bowl of fruit. Tiziano Vecelli, known as Titian (1489-1576), was an Italian painter of the Renaissance period. Needlepoint is framed with glass in light coloured frame. Notes added to back of frame – written in Hungarian.
Condition: Good condition with some wear on frame and damage to paper backing – see photos.
Measurements: Approximately 17.5 x 21 inches.
This is pre-owned in great condition. It is a beautiful vintage piece.
