Anchovies are fished during high season, in open waters of the Sicilian coast, and are quickly processed to preserve and guarantee their maximum freshness. Firm, fleshy and with clear accents of the sea, these anchovy fillets are great on salads, pizzas, as a simple snack or even on toast, simple snacks, or tapas.
