Description

This container is specially designed to efficiently grind fresh, whole-grain and gluten-free flour, mix batter, and knead thick yeast dough for pizza, soft pretzels, and homemade bread. Equipped with the Self-Detect technology, your Ascent series blender will recognize the container and automatically adjust blend settings for its size. Container and lid are both dishwasher-safe, but you can also let them self-clean by blending a drop of dish soap and warm water for 35 seconds. This container is specially engineered for whole grains as the blades are designed to create a reversed vortex, pushing dry ingredients away from the blades to prevent packing.
